Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Tim Langner / Timedia(“we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on https://cellar.fm and related donation flows for Cellar.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. Some are strictly necessary for the site or checkout to work; others are optional.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
The marketing site is largely static. Hosting / CDN infrastructure may set cookies or process technical data needed for security, load balancing, abuse prevention, or basic delivery. These are treated as strictly necessary where they are required for the service you request.
3. Optional analytics
We do not currently run named third-party marketing analytics vendors on the marketing site by default. If optional analytics are enabled in the future, they will run only with consentwhere consent is required (for example in the EEA / UK), and this policy will be updated to name the tool(s). Until then, any host-level metrics (if present) are used only to understand traffic and reliability, not to sell profiles.
4. Ko-fi donation checkout
When you use the optional coffee / donation flow (https://ko-fi.com/cellarfm), you leave the static marketing pages and enter Ko-fi. Ko-fi may set its own cookies and process payment data under its terms and privacy policy. We do not control those cookies. A download of Cellar does not require this checkout.
5. Managing cookies and consent
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site or donation checkout.
- If a consent banner or preference center is deployed, use it to accept or reject optional cookies.
- If consent tooling that honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) is deployed, we will honor GPC for optional cookies through that tooling.
6. More information
For how we process personal data more broadly, see the Privacy Policy. Questions: support@cellar.fm.
